We want you to be completely satisfied with your FRYE purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and dust bags, and securely seal the box with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
